In her bid for the presidency of the Undergraduate Council of Harvard University, Frances Martel has received the endorsement of Cuban American leaders Silvio Acosta, Ramón Saúl Sánchez and Mario Fernández. Frances is the first Hispanic Woman to run for the presidency of Harvard University. Martel is a Cuban American from Union City. NJ State Senator, and Union City Mayor Brian P.
